MATMOR Engineering is sustainable company in: economic, social and environmental aspects.

Each theme is important for the company to achieve this goal from any point of action.

1- Environmental

From an environmental point of view, MATMOR seeks to ensure that all processes in the production chain ensure the protection of the environment

An example of this is the use of natural resources, hydraulic generation energy, paperless processes, use of energy-efficient computing and lighting equipment (laptops, LEDS), remote work to avoid travel costs and CO2 generation, the contribution to projects for vegetation replacement, as well as the use of reusable containers in our lunch room.

2- Social

With respect to sustainability in the social field, MATMOR seeks to guarantee compliance with the human and labor rights of the company's team members.

Within this aspect, actions such as fair work schedules and days or adequate salary compensation for workers are included.

3- Economic

Finally, the sustainability of our company guarantees its independence from others and has the necessary resources to face the required projects.

MATMOR Engineering since its fromation has been committed to morality, ethics and lawful actions in all its aspects. We are committed to transparent processes. Our principles and values are defined as a company free of drugs, discrimination and legal behavior.

Likewise, all personnel are urged to proceed correctly in lawful operations and report any irregularities in this regard. In the event of any deviation from these behaviors, the company will monitor the situation and will take corrective measures to avoid repetition of the events.
